First, we went caroling in the neighborhoods around Douglas School. We had a blast! We made some peoples' day! We also sang to a police officer who showed us his appreciation by playing his sirens! We also sang to the mailman :)
After caroling we played a math game to practice our double facts!
During our party, we made edible Christmas trees! We used an upside down waffle cone, green frosting and lots of fun things to decorate (m&ms, fruit loops, sprinkles, Christmas candy corn and much much more).
Finally, we had our gift exchange! The pictures are not the greatest--I think we were all a little excited! We had to wait until 2:30 for our gift exchange so we were a bit antsy. Each child was so appreciative of what they got! There were many thank yous and lots of hugs! What a great bunch of kids I have :)
